Hi, I’m Sylvie!
I’m a communications strategist and content producer with over 15 years’ experience helping organisations tell better stories, reach wider audiences, and create impact.
I’ve worked across the humanitarian, public, and private sectors — from launching social media strategies at UNHCR and the World Economic Forum, to producing content for brands like Disney, Nivea, and Bacardi. I’ve built workflows, led teams, and developed content strategies that deliver — from global emergencies to major events like the Refugee Olympic and Paralympic Teams at Paris 2024 (that’s them in the photo above!).
At UNHCR, I launched our TikTok and WhatsApp Channels from scratch; both hit over 1 million followers in just a few months. I also created our first global social video strategy, driving over 560 million video views in a year. Before that, I led social video at the World Economic Forum, where our content reached over 1 billion views in a single year. It’s this kind of work — building something new, thinking strategically, and delivering content that resonates — that I love most.
Whether I’m scripting a story, leading a cross-platform campaign, or managing production logistics, I bring a practical, creative approach rooted in purpose. From human rights and climate to commercial storytelling, I help organisations cut through the noise with content that’s meaningful, timely, and effective.
Fluent in English and French, I’m also a mum of two and happiest when I’ve got a backpack, a mountain trail, and some offline time.
